Beautiful weather, lots of people (for Cedar Key anyway), and lots of ‘yakers!
We took a little paddle today too. In what I could call A Cedar Key Dolphin Tale part 2, after just a short while we found ourselves surrounded by at least a dozen Bottlenose Dolphins. At times they were literally within 2-3 feet of our kayaks! My wife was actually a little shaken by so many of them so close to us. I have to admit – although they are very cute and cuddly looking… it was just a little intimidating having them swim and jump right next to us.
