While taking a drive through the Lower Suwannee NWR, not far from Cedar Key, we noticed a shallow marsh pond with a bunch of birds in it. Upon closer inspection, the birds turned out to be Greater Yellow Legs.
Having my Canon 400mm lens with me, I snapped quite a few shots.
As the above image shows, it’s very obvious where they get their common name from…
